Inkjet printer support products for Dell J740
Dell and Lexmark inkjet print cartridges are not interchangeable. Additionally, Dell only sells its brand of inkjet print cartridges direct and has chosen not to distribute them through the normal channels.
The only alternative to ordering inkjet print cartridges from Dell is to either re-ink your own Dell inkjet print cartridges or to find someone who will do it for you.
