Dell Computers recently entered the ink-jet print machine game with the initial release of four Dell brand ink-jet print machines. Dell ink-jet print machines are actually manufactured by Lexmark International, and merely bear the Dell name. However, due to unnecessary external cartridge modifications, the comparable Lexmark and Dell ink-jet print cartridges cannot be used interchangeably -- different molding of the cartridge cap prevent Lexmark ink-jet print cartridges from fitting into Dell ink-jet print machines and vice versa.
